Our restaurant is characterized by our approach to cooking and presentation. Our aim is making each dish from scratch with locally available produce and rich aromatic spices from Nepal and the Himalayan regions. Our experienced chefs attempt to bring you the Himalayan Nepalese dining experience right here at Taste of the Himalayas at Brighton.
The atmosphere of our restaurant is designed to enhance your dining experience with beautiful scenic paintings, art work and photographs of the people from Nepal. Typical Nepali cuisine has its own identity and our menu has many authentic dishes to choose from - staple festive foods to the locals- are typical Nepali dishes enjoyed by thousands of trekkers, tourists, and mountaineers travelling to Nepal each year.
